§ 150.056  PRESIDENT OF TOWN PLAN COMMISSION AS DIRECTOR; AUTHORITY TO CONDUCT HEARINGS.
   The President of the town’s Plan Commission is hereby designated the hearing authority in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 36-7-9-1 et seq. and for the purpose of conducting hearings in accordance with I.C. 36-7-9-1 et seq.
