§ 130.07  POSSESSION OF DYNAMITE OR NITROGLYCERINE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to keep or store within the corporation limits of the town any explosive substance known as giant powder or dynamite.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to bring within the corporation limits of the city any substance known as nitroglycerine.
