§ 130.05  PAINTING, POSTING OF ADVERTISEMENTS AND NOTICES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   No person shall make, paint, post or in any way affix to or upon any curbstone, pavement, watering trough or any building or construction belonging to the town, or to or upon any telegraph, telephone, electric light or power pole within the town, any sign, bill, notice, announcement or other advertising medium. This section shall not apply to any notice or announcement required to be made or given by any officer under any law of the state or ordinance of the town.
   (B)   No person, without written permission from the Council or its duly-authorized agent, shall distribute or display any flag, banner, sign or other matter for advertising purposes within any park or park street.
