(A) The town, by virtue of the power and jurisdiction granted to it by I.C. 7.1-3-9-3, hereby consents that liquor permits be issued to applicants in respect to premises located within the town.
(B) This section after being duly enacted shall not be altered, amended or repealed for a period of two years and 60 days and no other ordinance relative to this matter shall be enacted by the town pursuant to I.C. 7.1-3-9-4.
