It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector to inspect massage establishments from time to time for compliance with this chapter. Inspections are to be made at reasonable times, with due regard to the nature of the business to be inspected. Upon showing the proper credentials, the Building Inspector or his or her agent, including police officers, shall be entitled to inspect portions of the massage establishment open to the public for compliance with this chapter.
