§ 31.08  TOWN ATTORNEY.
   The Town Attorney shall be responsible for advising the Town Council, Clerk-Treasurer, Plan Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals on all legal matters of the town. In addition, the Town Attorney shall represent the town in all litigation, including the enforcement of the ordinances contained in this code as well as any state statutes which affect the town.
