§ 110.01  LICENSE REQUIRED FOR DISTRIBUTION OF HANDBILLS OR POSTERS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, whether a resident or a non-resident of the town, who is employed by a person, firm or corporation whose place of business is outside the town, to pass, post, distribute or circulate handbills or posters bearing advertising upon the streets, alleys or commons of the town, without obtaining a license.
