§ 98.09  SHADE TREES AND SHRUBS OBSTRUCTING INTERSECTIONS.
   Shade trees shall not be planted nearer than ten feet to street crossings or alley openings, nor shall such trees be encased with any fence or guard bars so as to interfere with street lights or the convenient maintenance of street lights. No person shall plant or grow any shrubs or other plants in a way which interferes with adequate visibility at street intersections. All plants and shrubs adjacent to intersections shall be removed.
