§ 98.05  TRIMMING TREES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to trim or cut any shade trees on any street within the corporate limits of the town unless the work is done under the instruction and control of the Town Manager or a competent person employed by him or her for that purpose.
   (B)   Anyone trimming or cutting trees within the corporate limits of the town shall furnish bond and proof of insurance upon receiving a permit for this work.
   (C)   Anyone trimming or cutting a tree which may result in damage to private or town property shall obtain a permit of $1 from the Clerk-Treasurer.
