The Town Manager is granted and authorized, and it shall be a part of his or her duty, to supervise, control and regulate the planting, trimming and preservation of all shade trees within the town corporate limits. The Town Manager is empowered and authorized to hire and employ a competent person as forester or tree trimmer to trim, plant and preserve the shade trees of the town in proper season.
