§ 98.03  INJURING OR DESTROYING TREES, SHRUBS OR GRASS.
   No person shall, in any park, park street or town property, do any of the following:
   (A)   Destroy, cut, break, deface, mutilate, injure, disturb, sever from the ground or remove any growing thing, including, but not limited to, any plant, flower, flower bed, shrub, tree, growth or any branch, stem, fruit or leaf thereof, or pile or maintain any material or debris of any kind against or on the same;
   (B)   Attach any rope, cable or other contrivance thereto;
   (C)   Set fire to any timber, tree, shrubs, plants, flowers, grass or plant growth, or permit any fire on other land to extend into park land; and
   (D)   Hitch any horse or other animal to or leave the same standing near enough to injure any tree, shrub, lawn or grass or planted area, except at such times when permission to do so shall have been given by the Town Council or its duly authorized agent.
