§ 98.01  NOTICE TO TRIM; FAILURE TO COMPLY.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Town Manager to notify any owner or occupant of premises of the obstruction, and direct the owner to trim the trees or shrubbery in the manner to be specified in the notice.
   (B)   If any owner or occupant shall refuse or neglect to comply with the notice, it shall be the duty of the Town Manager to cause the trees or shrubbery to be trimmed.
