§ 96.02  CONDITIONS TO BE MET TO HOLD RESIDENTIAL SALE.
   Residential sales shall be permitted in residential districts of the town; provided, the following conditions are met.
   (A)   No merchandise other than that normally found in a household may be sold.
   (B)   The sale shall not exceed three days or parts thereof.
   (C)   Not more than two sales per year shall be allowed at any one location.
   (D)   The sale is restricted to, and is the responsibility of, the owner or occupant of the premises on which the sale is being conducted.
   (E)   A permit has been issued by the Plan Director at least five days prior to the sale at a cost of $1 per day of the sale to the person conducting the sale.
   (F)   The permit is posted in a location readily visible from the street during the sale period.
   (G)   All signs are removed within 24 hours after the sale period has ended.
