(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Whoever violates any provisions of §§ 94.21 through 94.26 of this chapter, upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not less than $150, nor more than $500, for each offense. Each day any violation shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
