Except for a suspension of the rules as provided in § 30.25(B) of this chapter, the rules contained in this chapter may be amended or annulled by a majority vote of all the members of the Town Council, provided that no vote on any amendment or resolution to annul and revoke shall be taken until at least two weeks’s notice is given of the intended action.
