§ 93.05  ENFORCING RULES AND REGULATIONS.
   The Council may adopt and enforce such regulations as it deems necessary for the safe, economical, and/or efficient management of the Division of Solid Waste and the collection and disposal of Solid Waste within the town. The Town Manager is further authorized to implement policies, rules and regulations for the provision of service hereunder.
