§ 93.03  SOLID WASTE COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL USER FEES.
   (A)   The Division of Solid Waste and provision of services hereunder is considered to benefit every residential unit and every industrial or commercial business within the town. Accordingly, a solid waste collection and disposal user fee is hereby established, and fees shall be billed and collected accordingly. A solid waste collection and disposal user fee is hereby established for all users/customers who have the services set forth in this chapter available to them.
   (B)   Users/customers shall pay the fees, rates and charges depicted below. A copy of this chapter (and the associated user fee) will be kept on file and available for public inspection at the town’s office. The fees established in this chapter shall be extended to cover any additional property that is subsequently served or falls within the same class, without any additional hearing or notice. The user fees shall be as follows:
      (1)   User/customer rate per each residential unit per month:  $13.70;
      (2)   User/customer rate per each dumpster per each industrial or commercial business per month:  $18.27; and
      (3)   Surcharge per user/customer per each violation found in § 93.07 shall be the actual cost incurred by the town for the removal, collection and disposal of the rubbish and garbage.
   (C)   The user fee fixed by this chapter shall become effective against each residential unit and each industrial or commercial business on August 1, 2019. The user fee shall be collected from user/customer, payable as provided in this chapter. In the event a user/customer has an existing contract with a trash removal and/or recycling company, the monthly charges may be delayed until the first available expiration or termination of such contract.
