§ 91.07  ANIMALS THAT HABITUALLY MAKE EXCESSIVE NOISE.
   (A)   No owner, keeper or harborer of an animal shall permit or allow the animal to annoy or disturb one or more of the inhabitants of a residence by the frequent or habitual making of excessive noise by the animal within the corporate limits.
   (B)   Any animal that violates division (A) above is declared to be a nuisance.
