§ 90.99  PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined $10 a day with a total of fines not to exceed $200. Each day the violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
