(A) No person shall stop, stand or park any motor vehicle, motorcycle, truck, tractor, tractor trailer, trailer body, mobile home, house trailer, camper trailer, bus or any similar vehicle or equipment in any of the following places:
(1) The east side of South Ash Street from West Main Street (US 40) to West School Street; and
(2) The south side of the 100 block of West School Street from South Morton Avenue to South Spruce Street.
(B) The places described in division (A) shall be designated as “NO PARKING” zones and shall be marked and identified by yellow painted curb lines and/or edges of pavement indicating “NO PARKING” area, and/or by appropriate signage stating, “NO PARKING”.
