(A) Golf carts shall only be operated during daylight hours unless the golf cart is equipped with two operating headlights, one on each side of the front of the golf cart and two operating tail lights with brake lights, one on each side of the rear of the golf cart, all of which lights are visible from a distance of 500 feet.
(B) Golf carts may only be operated on town streets, and may be otherwise operated perpendicular to and across any and all state highways that intersect town streets within the town, for the purpose of lawfully passing through such intersections. Golf carts shall not be operated on sidewalks.
