A golf cart shall only be operated by an individual who is at least 16 years of age and holds a valid driver’s license or state issued identification card. The operator of the golf cart shall be required to have either a valid license or state issued identification card in his or her possession at all times while operating a golf cart on public land, streets and roads within the town.
