For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ROADWAY. The portion of a street or highway improved, designed or ordinarily used for vehicular travel, exclusive of the berm or shoulder.
SNOW EMERGENCY. A condition declared to be such by the President of the Town Council or his or her authorized representative.
SNOW EMERGENCY ROUTES. Those streets marked as such in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
