This subchapter shall be construed in connection with all other ordinances now in force and effect in the town regulating the parking of automobiles or other motor vehicles in the town. The provisions of this subchapter shall not be construed as permitting the parking of any vehicle mentioned herein at any place or for any length of time or in any manner now prohibited by any ordinance now regulating the time, place or manner of parking motor vehicles in the town.
