§ 70.16  OBEDIENCE TO TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES REQUIRED.
   All persons shall take notice of orders by the traffic officers and of signs, marks, and mechanical signal devices placed in the town at the direction of the Town Council. Any person who shall fail or refuse to obey any order, sign, mark, device, or notice shall be a violator of this title.
