§ 70.03  TRAFFIC OFFICERS HAVE AUTHORITY TO REGULATE TRAFFIC.
   Traffic officers placed at street intersections within the congested district, and elsewhere within the town, shall have power to regulate traffic, both of vehicles and pedestrians. It shall be the duty of all persons to obey any orders pertaining to traffic.
