§ 70.01  NOISE IN QUIET ZONES PROHIBITED.
   Any public thoroughfare or part thereof within 200 feet of any school, church, public building or sick chamber, when plainly marked by proper signs installed by order of the Town Council, shall be a zone of quiet. Within this zone, when so marked, it shall be unlawful to ring any bell, sound any gong, horn or whistle, or make any unnecessary or disturbing noise.
