§ 55.12  LIST OF REGISTERED INSPECTORS.
   (A)   The utility shall keep a list of inspectors certified by the state and/or Commissioner who are qualified to inspect customers’ private water supply systems.
   (B)   The utility and/or the Commissioner shall maintain a list entitled Indiana Registered Cross-Connection Control Device Inspectors, All Inspectors, that is comprised of Cross-Connection Control Device Inspectors registered in the state.
