§ 55.03  CROSS-CONNECTIONS PROHIBITED.
   No customer shall cause or allow the construction or maintenance of a cross-correction. Piping installed to by-pass a cross-connection control device constitutes a cross-connection unless the by-pass piping is also fitted with a similar cross-connection control device.
