(A) The issuance of revenue bonds of the Storm Water District shall be in an amount not to exceed $250,000.
(B) The Executive (as defined in I.C. 36-1-2-5), the Clerk (as defined in I.C. 36-1-2-4) and the Fiscal Officer (as defined in I.C. 36-1-2-7) are hereby authorized and directed to prepare and execute the bonds and any other related documents necessary for the issuance of the bonds as and to the extent required by law and the purchaser thereof.
