(A) Billings. All storm water service bills shall be rendered on a monthly basis by delivering a statement of charges to the storm water utility user.
(B) Terms of payment.
(1) The storm water utility user fee shall be due on the payment date set out forth on the statement.
(2) It shall be a violation of this chapter to fail to pay a storm water service bill when due.
(3) All bills for storm water services not paid on or before the due date, which due date shall be on the fifteenth day of the month, shall be subject to a collection or deferred payment charge equal to 10% of the outstanding balance.
(C) Collection. The town may collect delinquent storm water utility user fees in a civil action along with other delinquent town utility charges, and the town shall be permitted to collect its reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.
