§ 30.04  REGULAR AND SPECIAL MEETINGS.
   (A)   The regular meetings of the Town Council shall be held on the second Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m.
   (B)   Special meetings of the Town Council may be held on call by the duly-elected President of the Town Council or by a majority of the membership of the Town Council. In case of a call for a special meeting, in whatever manner made, it shall be the duty of the person or persons authorizing the call to notify the Clerk-Treasurer thereof; and it shall be the duty of that officer to cause notice of the meeting to be served on each member personally, or by leaving a notice at his or her place of residence, or by means of electronic communication prescribed by the Town Council. The notice must be served at least 48 hours prior to the time set for the meeting.
   (C)   At any special meeting of the Council, only those ordinances, resolutions or other matters shall be considered or acted on as are expressly stated in the call for the special meeting; however, consideration and action may be taken on any other matters with the consent of two-thirds of the members elect of the Council.
