§ 52.41  TURN-OFF AND TURN-ON CHARGES.
   A service charge of $15 will be made for turn-off and turn-on for convenience of the water user during normal non-working hours or on weekends. The charge will be cancelled if an inside shut-off is installed while water is turned off and the water utility serviceman confirms installation of an inside shut-off before turning the water back on.
