The town is a member of the state’s Municipal Power Agency. Ord. 5-1982 (an ordinance of the town to join the state’s Municipal Power Agency), 6-1982 (an ordinance of the town authorizing the execution and delivery of a power sales contract by and between the town and the state’s Municipal Power Agency), and 7-1982 (an ordinance concerning the amendment of the power sales contract between the town and the state’s Municipal Power Agency and other matters connected therewith) are all hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth herein.
