§ 50.29  OUTAGES ON CUSTOMER’S SIDE OF METER.
   Failure of electrical service due to blown fuses, or the operation of circuit breakers, on the “loan” or customer’s side of the meter shall not be the responsibility of the utility. Where the utility answers these trouble calls, a service charge of $10 will be made. If the call is made during other than normal working hours, the charge will be $20.
