§ 50.11  SHUTTING OFF ELECTRICITY.
The town reserves the right to shut off the supply of electricity without notice for repairs; for want of supply; for non-payment of any bill when due; for interference with any of the town’s appliances or connections thereto; or for failure to comply with the terms of the contract. Any discontinuance shall not, however, invalidate any contract and the town shall have the right to enforce any contract notwithstanding any discontinuance.
