§ 50.10  TOWN NOT LIABLE FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES.
   (A)   The town shall not be responsible for damages for any failure to supply electricity or for interruption or reversal, if the failure is not due to willful default or negligence on the part of the town.
   (B)   The customer agrees that the town shall not be liable for damages resulting to the customer or to third persons from the use of electricity or the presence of the town’s appliances on the customer’s premises, unless due to willful default or neglect on the part of the town.
   (C)   It is expressly stipulated by the town and agreed to by the customer, that the town shall not be liable for damages because of any interruption to the supply of current or for damages caused by defective wiring on the customer’s premises.
