§ 50.09  RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The properly-authorized agents of the town shall have the right to enter upon the premises of the customer at all times for the purpose of inspecting, repairing or replacing all appliances used in connection with its current, and removing any appliances on the termination of the contract or the discontinuance of the service, repairing service.
