Applicants for service must, at their own expense, equip their premises with all wiring and entrance equipment, all of which shall be constructed and maintained, subject to the approval of any authorized inspectors, and in accordance with the rules and information of the town in force at the time. The applicants shall at all times maintain the wires inside the building. When the form of service requires, the customer shall provide free of expense to the town, near the service entrance, a suitable place for necessary transformers, meter or other appliances, which may be furnished by the town.
