§ 50.03  SERVICE CONNECTIONS.
   (A)   The town will locate the point to which service connection will be brought to the building without going over the building. The wires in the entrance run shall extend at least three feet beyond the upper and outer end of the weather-proof fitting. Customers desiring an underground service connection from the overhead wires must at their own expense install and maintain service wires in conduit from the meter socket at the building, to and up the pole from which connection is made.
   (B)   The town will extend its lines a reasonable distance, as may be determined by the town, for the purpose of supplying electric service for a new connection. Any changes made in service connections at the customer’s request, once installed, shall be at his or her expense. A breaker must be installed in all underground service. This breaker is to be supplied by the customer. The town will locate the point of breaker.
