(A) A written application or contract, properly executed, may be required from customers before the town will be required to supply service. However, the town shall have the right to reject, for any valid reason, any application. The town may require contracts for a long period of time when unusual construction or equipment expense is necessary to furnish the service.
(B) The customer shall, upon request of the town, present in writing to the town a list of the devices which are to be attached to the town’s lines, giving the location of the building. The town will then advise the form, voltage and description of the current it will furnish.
