§ 50.01 COPY OF REGULATIONS ON FILE; STATE CODES ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

   (A)   A copy of all rates, rules and regulations under which electric service will be supplied is posted or on file for the public’s benefit in the office of the town’s Clerk-Treasurer and with the state’s Public Service Commission.

   (B)   The Indiana Electric Code, State Fire Marshal’s Code, all future amendments thereto, and all rates and regulations pertaining thereto are hereby automatically adopted and incorporated by reference herein without further action by the Town Council.
