§ 33.098  DISBURSEMENT PROCEDURES.
   The Clerk-Treasurer shall adopt accounting and disbursement procedures in accordance with regulations and guidelines of the state’s Board of Accounts to control and account for the receipt and disbursement of moneys from this fund.
