All ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations of the Municipality, and all parts of the same, enacted prior to the date of the adoption of this Municipal Code and inconsistent or in conflict with any of the provisions of this Municipal Code, are hereby repealed, save and except any ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, or part of the same, expressly excepted from repeal by the ordinance that adopts this Municipal Code. No ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, or part of the same, of the Municipality, that is not inconsistent or in conflict with any of the provisions of this Municipal Code and/or that can be reasonably interpreted to be compatible with the provisions of this Municipal Code, shall be deemed to be repealed by the adoption of this Municipal Code. Such ordinances, resolutions, rules and regulations, and all parts of the same, shall continue to be viable and enforceable by the Municipality.
