CENTERVILLE, OHIO UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE
612.22   TAVERN KEEPER PERMITTING RIOTING OR DRUNKENNESS.
   (a)   No tavern keeper shall permit rioting, intoxication, or drunkenness in or on his or her premises.
(ORC 4399.16)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section shall be fined not less than five dollars ($5.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
