SECTION 7.12. DEPARTMENT OF LAW.

The Department of Law shall be headed by a director who shall be known as the Municipal Attorney. The Municipal Attorney shall be an attorney-at-law, admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio, and be in good professional standing. The Municipal Attorney shall perform such duties as may be assigned by the Council by ordinance, as well as those assigned by the Administrative Code and this Charter.
