The Department of Development shall be administered by the Director of Development. The Director shall be responsible for all those administrative functions within the Municipality dealing with all matters related to the use, reuse or control of land and structures within the Municipality. The Director shall perform such functions and duties with reference to the Department of Development as may be assigned by the Administrative Code or by order of the Manager.
