406.06 VIOLATIONS SUBJECT TO GENERAL MISDEMEANOR CLASSIFICATION.

Except as otherwise provided, any person violating a rule or regulation promulgated in connection with this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalties provided in Sections 408.01 and 408.02.
