289.03 INSPECTIONS AND APPEALS.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3735.69, the Council shall make annual inspection of the properties within the Community Reinvestment Area for which an exemption has been granted, and the Council shall also hear appeals under Ohio R.C. 3735.70. The Council shall have any further duties or powers as allowed by law.
