289.02 COMPOSITION.

Said Council shall be composed of two members appointed by the Mayor; two members appointed by the City Council and one member appointed by the Planning Commission. Additionally, the majority of the foregoing members shall then appoint two additional members who shall be residents of the City. Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 3735.69, the terms of the members of the Council shall be for three years.
